Co-Curricular Clubs

Over 75% of pupils at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ take part in at least one co-curricular club every term.....often more.

Exceptional Co-Curricular Opportunities

At St John’s, our holistic approach to education places equal value on academic rigour and the joy of discovery beyond the classroom. We believe that children thrive when given space to explore their interests, talents, and curiosity through a rich tapestry of experiences. That’s why our co-curricular is intentionally broad and diverse offering every pupil the chance to grow, lead, and flourish in ways that are uniquely their own.

There are so many clubs to choose from, and each one feels like a new adventure. I’ve tried debating, micro:bit, and even chess, things I never imagined I’d enjoy so much. It’s not just about having fun; it’s about learning new skills, meeting different people, and finding out what activities suit you. I always look forward to what I’ll try next.

A Holistic Education Where Clubs and Creativity Thrive

Our pupils flourish through an exceptional range of co-curricular clubs that nurture creativity, curiosity, and confidence. From robotics, coding, and science investigations to orchestra, drama, debating, and outdoor adventure, every child finds space to explore their passions and discover new ones. Whether building rockets or composing music, our enrichment programme celebrates the whole child-mind, body, and spirit.

What’s been most powerful for us is watching our child grow in ways we hadn’t expected. The range of co-curricular clubs has opened doors to new interests and friendships, and helped them discover strengths beyond the classroom. It’s not just about keeping busy, it’s about becoming more confident, curious, and connected to the world around them.
